LTS Brewing Co. hit a snag during building safety inspections, but has now resolved all issues and is open for regular business hours as of 3 p.m. today, August 4.

A grand opening has not been scheduled at this time, but one featuring live music and a food truck or two will happen in the future. The original grand opening was set for July 24.

Our take: A lot needs to be done in order to open a brewery, and a lot can go wrong during an inspection. We’re glad LTS is finally open, bringing the tally of places brewing original craft beer in Rochester to three. Forager Brewing Co. is next in line to open by the end of summer.
