Those interested in picking hops will get the chance on August 29 at the Mighty Pick event in Ham Lake, Minn.

The free event takes place from 2-5 p.m. A limited-edition Mighty Pick 2015 shirt is also available at the event for $20 (pre-order shirts have sold out).

Our take: picking hops for an hour or two isn’t a bad way to spend what little Minnesota summer is left.
